Bomanite Modena SL offers a sophisticated, monolithic interior flooring solution for the discerning AEC professional. This polymer-modified cementitious topping is placed without finishing and subsequently ground and polished to expose a variety of decorative aggregates. Bomanite Modena SL is specifically designed to work with aggregates sized 1/16” to 1/8”, and it permits additional aggregate seeding prior to the polishing stage. Mandatory substrate assessments and moisture drive testing are required before the 3/8” to 3/4” installation. The system is ready for light traffic in 12 hours, with the final high-performance polished finish achieved after a two-day cure period.
